Massachusetts condominium law can be difficult to navigate and Associations need to be represented by competent counsel in order to preserve their rights when unit owners fail to pay their common and other Association fees. I have experience representing condominium associations, advising them with regard to their governing documents and representing them in collecting unpaid condominium fees from unit owners.
